Junior Facilities Associate

Our company is looking for a Junior Facilities Associate to support the Facilities Manager and the Facilities Department in the daily management and maintenance of the company’s facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with projects and annual maintenance tasks.
• Performing small repairs and hands-on work.
• Opening/closing building facilities when required.
• Following safe working practices and using appropriate safety equipment.
• Responding to emergency situations (on-call).
• Supervising small projects under the guidance of the Facilities Manager.

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of electrical installations.
• Proficiency in using a computer.
• Knowledge of MS Office – Excel.
• A degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering is considered a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Knowledge of technical works.
• Knowledge/understanding of mechanical/architectural drawings.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience in facility management or maintenance projects.
• Educational seminars in fields such as safety, maintenance, or electrical work.
• Knowledge of BMS (Building Management Systems) or other building management systems.
• Knowledge of automation or ability to identify facility/system issues.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες της θέσης :

• Παρακολούθηση της εύρυθμης λειτουργίας και διεκπεραίωση του προγραμματισμού αποστολών-επιστροφών από και προς τους πελάτες.
• Παρακολούθηση της κίνησης των οχημάτων.
• Στελέχωση των οχημάτων, ασφάλισή τους και εφοδιασμός τους με όλα τα σχετικά με την κίνηση έγγραφα.
• Σχεδίαση προγράμματος συντήρησης των οχημάτων και την αντιμετώπιση των έκτακτων βλαβών.
• Προγραμματισμός δρομολογίων.
• Αναζήτηση οικονομικών προσφορών από μεταφορικές εταιρίες για διακίνηση μεγάλου όγκου αρχείων.
• Εξασφάλιση αυστηρής συμμόρφωσης με τους κανονισμούς της εταιρείας από τους οδηγούς.
• Έλεγχος καθημερινών δραστηριοτήτων logistics, δημιουργία δρομολόγησης για την εξασφάλιση των συμφωνηθέντων χρόνων και τόπων παράδοσης.
• Σύνταξη αναφορών για τα δρομολόγια και την λειτουργική κατάσταση των αυτοκινήτων της εταιρείας.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

• Απόφοιτος/η Τριτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης, πλεονέκτημα θα αποτελέσει πτυχίο πανεπιστημίου στην αλυσίδα εφοδιασμού, τα logistics ή σε σχετικό πεδίο.
• Επιθυμειτή προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχο αντικείμενο 1-2 χρόνια.
• Καλή γνώση διαδικασιών logistics και εμπειρία στην προετοιμασία εγγράφων αποστολής.
