We are looking for an experienced Compliance Coordinator to manage and coordinate Quality, Compliance and Regulatory issues for ARCHEIOTHIKI’s ISO Standards.

 

Main responsibilities and duties:

  • Plans and conducts internal audits in accordance with ISO standards and Company’s procedures.
  • Coordinates the design, review and implementation of procedures and policies related to the company’s services to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Designs controls and monitors the implementation of the controls throughout the company’s activities
  • Maintains appropriate documentation and updates compliance data in the Compliance’s dpt applications.
  • Initiates, conducts and provides support to ad-hoc compliance issues as appropriate and assists colleagues in understanding compliance-related risks and risk management.
  • Plans and participates in 2nd and 3d party audits.
  • Designs and provides employee training related to compliance, procedures and policies.
  • Disseminates information on compliance requirements and initiatives.
  • Identifies, assesses and reports areas of significant business risks or non-conformity issues.
  • Ensures ongoing conformity with quality standards and compliance-related issues.
  • Manages and reports compliance breaches and exposures.
  • Ensures complete, accurate and timely audit information reported to the head of the dpt.

Requirements:

  • BSc/BA in technical, engineering, business administration or relevant field
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor standard certification will be considered as an asset.
  • Proven professional experience – at least 2 years – in ISO’s standards (9001) preferably in consulting or technology industry.
  • Excellent command of English language (written and spoken).
  • Excellent command in MS – Office
  • Familiarity with other ISO standards (e.g. 45001, 14001) will be considered as an asset.

  • Able to digest quickly the complexities of procedures and regulations.

The company has established a multi-channel operating model, which involves data management in any format: physical records, electronic records, magnetic media and virtual online data.

 

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to further drive sales/marketing for ARCHEIOTHIKI’s Technology-Enabled Services to the company’s corporate, legal, private equity and investment banking client base within Greece and Cyprus.

 

Main responsibilities and duties:

  • Identifies, develops and wins net-new prospect opportunities through outbound sales activities.
  • Identifies sales opportunities focusing particularly on financial/corporate news, mergers & acquisitions, significant corporate movements in the Greek & Cypriot market.
  • Leverages social media to increase the brand awareness and digital services of the company, in order to create and maintain a customer contact database (client mapping).
  • Identifies client business problems and proposes the appropriate solution to address these needs.
  • Negotiates and executes contracts with customers consistent with the strategy of the department and the company in general.
  • Presents (existing and new) high-tech products-services.

 

Requirements:

  • BSc/BA (Postgraduate degree will be considered an asset)
  • Min of 3 years of B2B sales experience
  • Excellent level of proficiency in English
  • Excellent level of proficiency in MS Office
  • Familiarity with ERP systems

 

Competencies:

  • Sales experience preferably in high-tech companies or financial services.
  • Very good knowledge of the market (e.g. asset management).
  • Goal-oriented
  • Excellent communication, social and organizational skills.
