Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target government agencies, public institutions, and other public sector entities as potential clients for our document digitalization services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the document management landscape within the public sector, including compliance requirements, security protocols, and workflow challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with our technical team to customize and tailor our document digitalization solutions to meet the specific needs of public sector clients.
  • Craft compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that highlight the advantages of transitioning to digital document management.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, department heads, and stakeholders within target organizations to position our solutions effectively.
  • Stay abreast of government initiatives, regulatory changes, and funding opportunities that could influence the adoption of digitalization services.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of proposals and bids in response to public sector RFPs and tenders.

They will also conduct security audits and risk assessments and develop and deliver security awareness training.

 

Key Responsibilities

· Design, implement, and manage the Quality and Information Security Management Systems of the Company, following standards such as 9001, 14001, 27001, 27701, 22301, 45001, 37001.

· Draft, update, and revise System documents (policies, procedures, guidelines) to shape a flexible system.

· Identify, conduct risk analysis and evaluation of quality system risks related to compliance and information security prevention.

· Formulate proposals, preventive measures, and management methods for identified risks.

· Monitor compliance with ISO standards and other regulations, including policies related to information security.

· Audit, assess, and report on the effectiveness of existing processes and relevant deviations applied by the company.

· Prepare, conduct, implement, and analyze results of internal inspections, Certification Body audits, and third-party audits.

· Train staff on compliance matters, ISO management system requirements, and information security, creating corresponding training materials.

· Propose new measures to improve and enhance the company’s compliance and security level.

 

Qualifications

· Bachelor degree from university or technical institute, postgraduate degree will be an asset.

· Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor experience will be considered as a plus.

· Excellent knowledge of English.
